Create programs simply, quickly and intuitively: With the Program Editor PASmulti it's simpler than ever on the automation system PSS 4000.

Use the mouse for wiring: inputs and outputs can be freely configured and linked using logic elements via drag and drop, for example. Simple symbols and characters make the task easier.

Two worlds, standardised handling: Whether you are programming in the "IEC world" or configuring with PASmulti, the programming environment is the same and is very easy to handle. Blocks you have written yourself using the PAS IL Editor in accordance with EN/IEC 61131-3 can simply be downloaded to PASmulti and linked with ready-made blocks, for example. ...for safety and standard tasks!

Modularity made simple: with this modular system, plant and machinery can be decomposed into small, mechatronic units, achieving a high level of reusability and standardisation – even in the software tool.

The control systems PSSuniversal PLC can be programmed as programmable logic controllers for standard and safety tasks in the EN/IEC 61131-3 programming languages. PAS STL (Structured Text) and PAS IL (Instruction List) are available now – further EN/IEC 61131-3 Editors are to follow.  

A comprehensive library of ready-made failsafe and standard blocks are available, enabling a high level of reusability. Users can also create their own blocks and reuse them.

Blocks can be combined, enabling you to define more complex functions. Merging these blocks into one block guarantees simple handling.
